Write Microsoft Forms answers to local Excel File

Hi! Is there a way to use Power Automate (not Desktop) to get a Microsoft Forms submission into a local excel file stored on my laptop or a server (no Sharepoint, OneDrive, GoogleSheets)?

I know about the function to extract the MS Forms answers to an Excel File, but I want to have it automated whenever there's a new submission. I'm not sure if Power Automate is even able to communicate with a local Excel file or write rows into one.

Cheers

There is a premium connector for copying a file to a network location.  The Power Automate cloud has no way to get the file to your laptop though, other than launching a Power Automate Desktop flow that runs on your laptop and the PAD flow pulls the file local.  You might look for the Power Automate group to get help on that.
