What version of PAD are you currently using?
How can I upgrade or downgrade PAD without being able to log in?
Simply uninstall the current version, then download and install the older version provided below. Afterwards, attempt to sign in with your account.
If you're not using version 2.39, please download - Setup.Microsoft.PowerAutomate.zip
Once you've installed the above version and if your issue is resolved, you can consider upgrading your PAD version at a later time.
If nothing works, you can also reach out Microsoft support team for the same.
