I'm new to powerapps and just created my first app from a template.  My app is a survey where most of the questions are check boxes, text and a date picker.  I'm not sure how to collect the data from this survey.

    To collect the data, you need to connect at least one data source to the PowerApps. To understand data sources for PowerApps, please refer to:
