So I have a table in excel of addresses. Each address has about 5- 6 lines of the same address, but different Contract Term lengths upon other columns. How do I create a flow to take each address in excel, and only create 1 list item into SharePoint, but have the contract column contain all the different lengths?

Example:

Street            | City        | State | Contract Term

1234 S Main | Chicago | IL       |  24 months

1234 S Main | Chicago | IL       |  36 months

1234 S Main | Chicago | IL       |  48 months

but instead of having 3 separate SharePoint list items, I want on item to be like this:

1234 S Main | Chicago | IL       |  24months, 36 months, 48 months
