Publishing a template

Hi!

We have our own Connector that is in the Microsoft Store, but it seems like this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/publish-a-template says we can longer submit new templates, and I haven't been able to find the new way of doing so?!

Any ideas?!
