Question in Kaizala - Microsoft Flow Action

Hi,

I have created a Flow and have the below action in the flow.

Capture.JPG

This is coming under a branching statement. Here, as you can see, I have configured this to send message to a group in Kaizala but to only one specific person. The value for “Subscribers” is coming from an item in a SharePoint List and I have configured this not to send to all subscriber. Yet, when I test this – all subscribers can see the message. Why does this behave like this?

As I mentioned earlier, my need is to send message to a single person, how to achieve this via Flow and with the Actions/Triggers for Kaizala?

Best Regards,

Isham Mohamed.

    Hi @Isham-KN ,

Please take a reference to the Docs of the Microsoft Kaizala connector.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/kaizala/

Pay attention on the format of the Subscribers, make sure you have enter the correct Mobile numbers.

    Hi @v-zhos-msft

If you see the screenshot attached in my question, the number is being taken from the previous response to Kaizala, which means, I am not manually entering the number, rather its coming from the previous response. But still the problem exisit. This is weired.
