Flow for condition to check approve/reject email notification

Hi Team

 

I need simple help, basically when i get shared item link, i have approval type(approve/reject) so when either of these two, i dont get subject of the email document was rejected but repeats approve flow. Any ideas?

    You must have specified "Everyone must approve" option in your Approval flow. This adds the loop because flow is trying to capture each response separately.

    The button even could be a link or a rply email to the sender. But I am not sure how is possible to put the link or the button in the body of email!

    Send an email action supports HTML content. You can just add an anchor tag and provide it a link

    First, add an email action and click on the </> icon to switch to HTML mode.

    If you click on the button, it will launch a mail application. The to will be populated with the email you have provided. Hope that helps!
