Create SharePoint Item greyed out along with Apply to Each

What am I missing? Why does it do a foreach for creating an item and then it doesn't find an ID when getting individual items.

Does the value for either ‘Initialize variable’ action include dynamic content from the Get items action that precedes it?

Also, what value do you have in the ‘From’ field in the ‘Apply to each’ actions? Are you using dynamic content from the ‘Get Items’ action or from the ‘Initialize variable’ action?

I can better assist if I know the answers to these questions. However, in either case, the reason that the create item is greyed out is because the inputs returned a null value, so there was no data to create a new item with.

I've done this in another list with an OnPress from mobile where it was successful but the Apply to Each is ruining it even though it's successful.

    Hello @FailSafe

Could you explain in further detail which is the problem? You're getting some items from a SP list, and you're creating an item (don't know whether is the same SP list or not), that surely is using a value coming from the previous step, and that's the reason why it's adding an apply-to-each.

I would replace the "Get Items" by a "Get Item".

    Hope it helps!

    Ferran
