Why won't microsoft give an option to the powerautomate settings for a step to extend from 30 days to maybe 60 or 90 days. With an approval step there are times that work has to occur before the approval and it could take more than 30 days. It seems like a simple thing to ask microsoft to do is give more options.

You can specify timeout in the highlighted field
if you want 60 days you can specify P60D like that
