Error while retrieve the data from network

Hi Guys,

 

I have created custom page and using in model driven app, but getting error: Error while retrieve the data from the network.

look up value not visible into dropdown list but same functionality properly working in Canvas app.

    As Lookup Field in Model-Driven Apps Works Differently- Ensure the lookup field is properly related in Dataverse. Model-driven apps strictly enforce table relationships, unlike Canvas apps.

    Also check User Permissions Issue- Assign correct Dataverse table permissions (Read, Append, AppendTo) in Power Platform Admin Center. Some users might not have access to view lookup values.
