Power Automate, how to load Response Options using Custom Responses - WAit for All

How do I load response options for a group of approvers using the Approval type, "Custom Responses - Wait for all responses."?

Everything I can find online has this field labeled as "Response option items" with the ability to add multiple. But that is now what I have here. It is only "Response options" and a text answer is not accepted in the workflow.

Hi @chilipepp2020

If you use Approval, then the ‘custom responses’ is responses customized by flow creator and not something approvers can type as plain text. Approvers can only choose those response options you customized.

As a workaround, if approvers want to manually text something, after choosing an customized response option, they can type in ‘Comments’ as below:
If you want to reference approvers’ comments in flow, you can use the dynamic content ‘Responses Comments’ from the action ‘Start and wait for an approval’ as below:

@v-yiwenxie-msft Thank you for getting back to me and so quickly. Your post makes sense, but I am getting hung up 1 step earlier, at the "Response options" field. How do I correctly populate that field?

I'm having trouble sending you a screenshot of it, so I can only type it out. Here's how I get there:

Start and wait for an approval
*Approval type: Custom Responses - Wait for all responses
*Response options: THIS IS MY PROBLELM FIELD - I don't know what to do here

Oh! I figured it out. Needed to click "Add another item" and then I could populate those. Thank you!
