Sending anOutlook email to an email address typed into a MS Form

I have a MS Form where the user selects from a series of email address. The answers to the Form are dropped into an Excel sheet. I need some help to be able to get Power Automate to automatically send an email to the address input intothe Form along with some standatd body text.
