Flow amount with unattended license

Hello community,

I've a general question: my customer has a service account that is used to run Power Automate flows. Now, I'm planning to introduce Power Automate Desktop flows in its environment.

For my use case, I need an unattended RPA add-on license to run these flows autonomously.

My question to which I haven't found an answer yet, is: how many flows can be built and run with this license for the service account (with one user)? Is there a limit or can I run as many as I want with one user?

Best regards,

Dog

There is no hard limit, its a capacity limit.  The licensing is as follows.  You would need one Flow per user license with RPA to cover the service account and then one Unattended add-on for each bot you intend to run.  In this case a bot would be the server or VM where the unattended desktop flows will run.  So the limit is a performance limit.  If you are doing very light or intermittent desktop flows you'll be able to run more of them on one machine than if they are very intensive detailed flows.  When the performance of the flows begins to degrade you'll need to increase the resources of the server/VM you are running on or get a second server/VM.  The additional server would require another license.
