I am trying to create a flow so that I can sent a reminder to document. We have the document owners in a column in the document library and the email can go to whoever the document owners are.

The post below has help me to create notification based on date of expiry column, but i can only sent it to a specific set of users.

    Hey @rinu007

Can you share a screenshot of the flow you have built so far? On the sharepoint file action, you can get the details of the file created by person email address and use it as dynamic content for the email action.

    Hope this Helps!

    Hey @rinu007

How are you getting the emails of stakeholders? Is that a column on the SharePoint library? Alternatively you can also get the Created By Email column from the dynamic selector to get the details of the emails of person who has created the file.

    Hope this Helps!

There is a People and groups column called stake holder where the users can only select people not groups. multiple users can be selected. Created by and stake holders will be different.

The difficult part for me is how to sent notification for stake holders based on the file expiry field. I was able to identify the expiry files and sent notification to a set of predefined users but not the specific to the stake holder column.
