Description, instructions and Knowledge missing

Hi, we have Dev-Test-Prod environment and have setup ALM accelerator to commit and deploy solution.

We have created a new solution and in copilotstudio create new agent and chosen the solution the agent will be stored in.

We then configure different settings and uploaded icon to the chatbot. We also fill in instruction, description and added few Knowledge to it.

THen we use ALM accelerator to commit and deploy the solution from DEV to Test environment. When we check the agent in test environment, it is missing description, instruction and Knowledge. Other settings and icons for the agent are OK.

If we go in the solution, we see the Knowledge has been added to the solution under Agent components. Where Instruction and Description is stored in the solution i could not find.

Is it somehting we are missing or are those not supported to be migrated? Pressing publish in the agent and Publish all customization in the solution did not help.

Hello,

it could be the case that some features in ALM accelerator are not available for Copilot Studio yet - a lot is going on so it's not updated yet. Have you tried to export/import manually to exclude any other causes? Apart from that I'd suggest to add it manually for each environment for now. You can also try automatic export/import by using pac CLI, see docs here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/developer/cli/reference/copilot. Extract template first, then create Copilot on target environment.

Hi Artur, yes i have tried creating the solution, exported and imported it using normal way in Power Platform. It has same issue
