Is this error all the time? for every user?

It gives hints at several things and yet sometimes that's nothing.

1. Have you verified that the connection itself is working?

2. Have you verified that there are no DLP policies in place to block its use?

3. How is this flow triggered?

4. What are the run time permissions / configuration on the flow itself?

Have you tried re-creating a new Connection.

Have you tried creating another flow to see if the same thing happens?

Hi @Michael E. Gernaey,

This flow triggers when the user provides necessary details in the canvas app and then click "submit" button. Then the Get item action retrieves the data from Sharepoint.

I have recreated this connection, but not fixed.

This flow was working well without any error for most of the request, but some request it fails. not sure what was the reason, the requests which made after this failed(817-id) flow were succeeded.

can someone please assist me on this issue?
