Cannot create new session to execute unattended run

Seen this issue a few times passing by on the community but no clear answers have been provided yet on why it happens.

 

We've created a cloud flow which calls a desktop flow in unattended mode, the desktop flow runs on a VM which is connected via the "machine" option (no gateway). We run into this error on an inconsistent basis and can't really predict why it occurs...

    We have exactly the same issue, it is completely random and it seems like it is happening when the flow try to trigger after a few hours of no activity on the VM.

     

    After I have completed some tests with MS which all worked it failed again the next morning. We have not touched the VM after the tests has been completed.

     

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
