Create Outlook Event certain amount of time before Date handed by Form

So we have a New Hire Form that is filled out and then kicks off a series of events depending on selections made in the Form. I know how to create a Calendar event on the Start Date (which is simply a Date field in a Microsoft Form).

The goal here is to create a calendar event 3 weeks prior to the Start Date handed to us by the Form. I haven't found any posts referencing something similar, so if anyone has any ideas as to how to modify the event start time by subtracting time, let me know!

    Hi Scott,

Thanks so much for your solution, I think this is down the right path. I just wanted to check-in as I'm getting a (I believe) syntax related error. I'm a newbie when it comes to Flow queries, so can you verify the syntax I'm using is correct?:

Please verify that you selected the correct field from your Form in Dynamic properties and the the filed is a date field.

If so, add a Compose action immediately before the existing compose action and set it to the date field.  Then, run your Flow.  Post a screen shot of the output of the Compose action that you just added.
