I have created automated birthday wishes using adaptive cards in Power Automate. But user profile image from Microsoft Users is not displaying since image size is more than 28kb. is there a solution to compress user image? i used base64() to convert image to code. And code is too long for adaptive cards, but its working fine in Outlook mail.
