The above mentioned template only works if i upload new files, but i would like to copy already existing files from one account to another.
If someone could help me with that I really appreciate it.

I am afraid that currently we are not able to use Flow to copy already existing files from one account to another.
It seems that we can save a specific file from one account to another. But I think it will not meet your scenario.
