My Flow seems to encounter an error when sending an email. The below mentions something about tokens?

I cannot see any error in the flow setup?

Any support will be appreciated.

I would try...
- Copy formula to a note pad
- Remove the Flow
- Save and close powerapps
- Edit and add the Flow
- Then paste the formula back

When you say the formula, do you mean:

SubmitForm(EditTicketForm);HelpDeskFlow.Run("'" & SelectedTicket.ID & "'"); ResetForm(EditTicketForm); Navigate(MyTicketsScreen,None) ?

Im concerned if i delete the flow, i will not find it again?

Yes that is the formula i a speaking of.

Do not delete the Flow just remove it from powerapps.

Please try below:
Comment the formula to run the flow as below:

SubmitForm(EditTicketForm); //HelpDeskFlow.Run("'" & SelectedTicket.ID & "'"); ResetForm(EditTicketForm); Navigate(MyTicketsScreen,None);

Now ensure that you are able to run the flow, this will only submit the data to the SharePoint list.
Once you see the record submission completed ensuring that Flow is created in

https://flow.microsoft.com/
