How to get the location of a specific text in the email ?

Dear all,

I receive a notice the the same content regularly. But they have fine distinction due to sending by artificially such as inserting more blank rows . There for I cannot get correct row No. every time by flow. 

I would like to know how can i get the location of specific text  dynamically .
