Sending reminder email based on date/time column in SharePoint list

I have a SharePoint list with a date/time column called "From". I would like to have a daily Flow that runs every weekday morning that gets all items in the list where "From" is tomorrow, and then sends a reminder email to the Created By email address.

If the "From" date/time is on a Monday, I would like the reminder email to be sent on the previous Friday.

Do you want:
1. Remind the sender one day in advance to send an email tomorrow (if the email is sent on Monday, it will be reminded on Friday)
