You need to use a ‘Teams’ trigger, either ‘When a new chat message is added’ or ‘When a new channel message is added’, depending on what you are using in Teams. Then, use the action ‘Get message details’ with the Dynamic Message ID property from the trigger. With that, you can get the user information.
