Hello everyone!

I'm new at power automate. Can somebody assist me in creating a flow that will remind end users about their due equipment? Any help would be appreciated.

I've done below flow:

Recurrence

Get future time for 30 days

List items in a table

Thanks

    What is the expression I would need if I am trying to send an email 1 day before a due date? I am having a hard time finding help on this.

    I already have this flow. but the mail i'm receiving is wrong as suppose on what it has on the excel file. i'm suppose to receive only 1 item and the other item to my colleague.

    @Ninovm

    I have created a SharePoint list with the date column 'Test Date'

    We can add a OData filter query on the SharePoint "Get Items" action to filter the data to match our specified requirements

    addDays(utcNow(),30,'yyyy-MM-dd')

    or

    You can also make use the Filter Array action in Power Automate to filter the data as needed
