I am working on a flow with below process:
(1) First, manually upload a sub-folder with files into a designated parent-folder in SharePoint.
(2) Second, create an item in List, where one column the "hyperlink to the sub-folder in SharePoint" is added.
(3) After creating the item in List, trigger the Approval. If rejected, automatically delete both the "item in the List" and "sub-folder in SharePoint".
I was able to delete the item in the List, however I had difficulties trying to identify the sub-folder in SharePoint.
For every upload it's assumed that it will be someone unknown, so I can't predict the name of the sub-folder. (only the parent-folder is known)
Could someone please give me some idea about how to do it? Thanks a lot.
