Hi

 

I work at a non profit and need to be able to create an app with premium connectors and allow others to use this app as well - does every user need a premium license to use the app? In this case is the per user plan better suited?

    Hi @LauraG1 

     

    If your app is using a premium connector then both the maker and the users all need a premium Power Apps license.

     

    If this is the only premium Power App that your users use then the most cost effective approach is to buy Power Apps per App licenses. If your users are using 4 or more premium Power Apps the. The Power Apps per User license makes the most sense.
