Reference Material for Flows

Hi Guys,

 

Is there any reference material for the delay trigger in Flow?   Ie, what counts does delay accept?  I've noticed that you can't put certain minutes in ie, delay for 18 minutes or delay etc.  Surely they should be a list of available options for what you can or cant put in the count field?

    I believe if you go here  (LogicApps reference) and look for the Wait action you may find what you are looking for.
