Condition Not Working

Hi all!  I have a few flows set up to work sequentially to get a final approval but I can't get the condition to work.  An overview: The flow is triggered when a form response is submitted, it goes to one individual for approval and then IF APPROVED it's supposed to send another email to another individual with a link in the body of the email to fill out a separate form.  IF REJECTED it's supposed to simply send a rejection email to the submitter.  My problem is, when I test it, the initial request is approved and then the second individual never receives an email.

    Hey @microbial_ninja

Can you add a clearer picture of your flow? Its blurred, cannot see anything. Also show what you have written in the condition. I am sure you have made some kind of mistake in that.

@Sundeep_Malik I have attached pictures here.  Keep in mind, the "Assigned To" field and the email address of the second recipient are both filled in in the actual flow, I've just removed them for this screenshot for security purposes

Your screenshots are still not showing the actual condition you have.

However, I can see that you have Start an approval. Is this using Create an approval or Start and wait for an approval? If it's just Create an approval and you don't have Wait for an approval before the condition, then you won't have a response to check. Did you mean to use Start and wait for an approval?

The condition should look like the following (assuming you are using the default Approve and Reject options):
