30 questions on a form

I have 30 questions on a form and I want save it that in a list in excel, but my unic idea has been put an add row but this will be so much, I tried use apply for each but I do not know how put the dynamic items for that

    You won't be able to loop through the questions as they are not a collection or  an array. 

    Your options are:

    • add a row for each question
    • add columns for each question to the Excel table and add a single row
