Send an email - keep in same email thread

I have a flow that sends emails when a new request is received, there is a status change and when the item is resolved.   I've kept the subject line the same and the email is coming from me in all cases.  Is there a way so that the email stays in the same thread vs coming as separate emails for the receiver.

    Not that I am aware of.  You can technically "group" these with a view in Outlook but it is still a different thread.
