Flow Run Time

I created a Flow that posts survey responses from MS Forms to a channel in MS Teams. According to my Office 365 E3 license, Flows should run about every 5 minutes but it takes 30 to 60 minutes for the form response to post to Teams. Any thoughts?

Hi @swillia2,

I think you have a misunderstanding between flow frequency and flow run duration. The maximum flow frequency of your flow license is 5 minutes.

There are some limits for a single flow run in Run duration and retention, the Min recurrence interval is 1 minute and the Max recurrence interval is 500 days. Besides, the max run duration for a single flow run is 30 days.

In addition, the trigger would have its own limits, you may take a search under the connector list to check if there are any limits listed for the trigger you used:
