PowerApps Delegation issue.

Hello all!

I recently created the app with 3 drop down filters for my gallery which has about 2498-line items.

The issue here is, I cannot see the data's entered by specific user (TM - Territory Manager) before 2000 entries.

 

I tried using just the filters to overcome the delegation but still on first time the data is not populated and while refresh second time the data comes! 

 

Would really appreciate any help.

    Hi @Developer_J0hN 

     

    Try the below

    • Open your app
    • Go to File Tab >> App settings
    • Click on Advanced Settings.
    • You can set the value: “the Data row limit for non-delegable queries” to be up to 2000 records.
