extract all UI element on a specific part of a window

is it possible for me to get my flow to specifically extract all UI elements from a specific portion of the window (EG : X1 , X2 , Y1 , Y2)? If not , then by any means would it at least be possible to get my flow to differentiate between bold and normal words?
