I'm trying to test using Hosted RPA Bots.
I follow the instructions here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/hosted-rpa-bots#getting-access-to-the-default-vm-image
I have shared the default image as in the instructions and assigned myself as a co-owner. When I go to create a new machine group:
The Create button never 'ungreys' itself. I feel like I'm missing something but not sure.

It is likely that you haven't completed all the fields required to create your machine group. Typically, you will need include the username/password information as well (try to scroll-down on the panel?). The full panel should looks like this:
