Return Columns that are null from SharePoint

Hi Power Automate Community,

I have a SharePoint list with almost 25 columns.

The first column (Column1) store a client name and the other columns represent tools (for example: phone, tablet or laptop).

The columns that represent tools, has data as: yes, No, Pending or (empty).

I want to create a flow that displays all the clients with the tools (Columns) that they are missing (No, Pending, or empty).

After I get this data, I need to email the table to a specific user.

Can someone please help me with this?

Any help will be much appreciated.

    @JB0007  Please follow these steps-

    1. Choose your trigger as per your requirement.

    2. Use 'Get Items' Action=> this will give you SharePoint list data.

    3. Use Select to pass value from Get Items and map you key values.

    4. Use Create html table  action and pass value from select action.

    5. Use send email action to send emails.

This is rough idea of your problem. If you can solve through this it is okay otherwise provide more details like-SharePoint list data and whether client name are unique or multiples.

    Hi @Hardesh15 ,

    Thank you for your reply.

The thing is that there are a lot of columns and I need to define all those columns 1 by 1 in the filter query of the SharePoint.

I thought maybe there is a general function that will return all the columns for the records that are empty.

@JB0007 Please explain clearly. Why you need so many columns in filter query.?
