Hi Guys,

We have optimized the application to death using

The application we have written is still tacking > 15 seconds to load the first screen on the customer site, while on faster internets, this can take less than 2 seconds.

The customer not happy, is there ways to make the application load faster? Is there an option to host the application on faster servers, Is there a way to cache the application inside the customer firewall...etc. 17+ seconds to get the first page is still not acceptable.

If the application loads faster outside the customer's network than inside it, then the problem is the customer's network. Or probably the security devices (firewalls and proxy servers) at the edge of the customer's network. The only way to fix the app will be to fix the customer's connectivity. I've seen this problem with office 365 in general and the issue always comes down to the way the customer configures their connection to the Internet. MS recommends configuring the edge of the network to direct office 365 traffic directly to one of Microsoft's endpoints rather than sending it through your normal firewall configuration. If the performance problem is the customer's network connectivity then you'll never fix it by changing the app, only by fixing the underlying problem.
