Need Admin access to our power automate tenant

to configure a new DLP for our tenant, i'd like to become an Admin.

How can i find ( list ) current admins for

 "msaCommonTenantId": "f8cdef31-a31e-4b4a-93e4-5f571e91255a",
 "microsoftTenantId": "72f988bf-86f1-41af-91ab-2d7cd011db47",

Assume once i can see them, can ask for admin rights.

If that doesn't work, how can i create a new tenant w/out a subscription?

Is there a "free" ( business only ) subscription where we can protype our work ( and change the DLP 🙂 ).

 

Datapoint: Your tenant's administrators have disabled environment creation for non-admin users. You need this permission to create an environment in your tenant.

    As an employee of Microsoft, I would assume you should know who your tenant admins are. Also, pretty sure you will not be randomly given admin rights just because you need a new DLP. 

     

    To answer the other question, you could get a Trial license if you have a work/school account on a tenant, if you created a new tenant. You could probably play around with that.
