I would like to use asp.net webhooks (for triggers) as is (probably) mention here:

Hi @lukasv,

Excellent question. As far as I know flow custom API acts like actions. Not sure Azure Logic App can have triggers or not. You could publish an RSS feed and hook the RSS feed from Flow.
