Hi, I'm trying to build a simple Copilot. I've given it two public websites, one being the documentation for Copilot Studio. When I test the copilot it doesn't provide any responses. It starts with 'On unknown intent' node and then to the 'Create generative answers', but ends up with the response 'I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?'.
What am I missing?

Generative answers for public websites rely on Bing search. Try searching for the main keywords from your question and limit the search scope to the site provided as a data source.
For example, if your query is: "What are generative answers?", use the following search query in Bing: site:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/ generative answers
If no results are coming back from Bing, Generative Answers won't respond either.
