Is there any way to separate SharePoint item?

Hi,

 

Is there any way to make one SharePoint item to two different items. For example Leave Request application list, if person is requesting multiple leaves at once then there should be only one approval but HR users should see all the leave types separately.

 

Is there any way to do it?
