Hi,

I have an excel file stored in SharePoint when I put a lot of data during the day, and I have an excel file stored in a local machine where I update all the new info on the end of the day to be used by power BI. The excel I have in the local Machine have more than one sheet (information from different raw data).

Can I create a flow to validate one sheet on the Sharepoint Excel and update the correspondent sheet on the local machine excel?

Hi @Kamacete ,

It seems you want to update the local machine excel from the SPO at the end of everyday.

As you have said, the local machine excel have more than one sheet.

However there is no action to select a specific sheet In flow.

So I am afraid you need to set the structure of the local machine excel file to correspond the file in the SHO.

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

Here I use the File system connector to connect to the local machine.

First of all, thank you for your support.

I tried your suggestion and the field are totally updates (all sheets).
😞

can I select just a new content of a sheet to update?

e.g.:

Before the update:

At the time selected the flow, verify the source / sheet an update just the rows needed the other file (with just 1 sheet). for me it will work.

I am afraid there is no way to update a specific sheet via flow currently.

There is no action for you to select a specific sheet.
