I am trying to replace the below line(row in yellow) when the user click Thumbs/up/down image.
and replace the entire row with a text like " Thanks for the feedback".
I tried multiple ways, but it is not working, attaching the full code for the adaptive cards which i am using ..
Kindly share some thoughts or options to resolve this issue,
