Turning off a Flow when approvals haven't been completed

I have built a flow that takes responses from a form and then goes through an approval process. Since building this, I have built a more improved flow and want to switch the old flow off and start to use the new one.

However, I have several 'in progress' flows that are still awaiting approval.

If I switch flow one off, will it then stop the approvals from progress that were submitted when this flow was on?

I think the Flow will finish or timeout the pending workflows but won't trigger new ones.

@manuelstgomes , do you know when does flow turn off or time out? I tried to turn off and on my flow, but it keeps executing forever..

How coukd I stop it??

Hi @Anonymous

The Flow will timeout after 30 days:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/limits-and-config

You can stop the flow in the Runs list, press the date, and you'll be sent to the Flow's steps. In the top corner, you'll see a "cancel" button that stops it.
