Creating notification emails for Dataverse Import

I have a dataverse table where records are imported (.csv format) weekly. multiple records with multiple owners. 
Requirement: Only one email notification to trigger for one owner mentioning the numbers of records imported.
 
 
Flow is not giving me any error, however user are receiving multiple emails, for each row. But total number of records imported are correct.

    The trigger "When a record is added, updated, or removed." will trigger multiple times if there are several records involved. Instead, consider using a scheduled trigger (like once a week) if that fits your scenario better.
