Submit Form triggers Patch error for a user

Hello Experts,

I have a simple editform to get the data with validation in one textbox. it successfully submits and data is written in the excel.

when I share the app to a colleague (incl. source excel) and when he tries to submit the form getting this patch error. (I used only submit function not Patch function)

I tried to debug but unsuccessful for the past 2 days. please help. screenshot is from his screen

I used only submit function not Patch function
internally submitform is nothing but patch function.

you may not have entered document number between 8 to 10 chars.

Entered document number with right length still getting the same error.

Since Error is not clear.

You can try Using monitor function of powerapp. you will get more info on error

Result says it is success but people I shared this app is getting the patch error.
