Hi there
I want to start a flow from my search results page in my modern document library.
With a button in this list, an approval flow starts. However, as soon as I am in my search results, I cannot start my flow.
Can i configure my search results to start my flow from there.
This is really frustrating!
Hi @PeterKuehlian ,
Thanks for updating.
This issue could be reproduced by me.
I don’t have a button in the library, the flow is triggered by when a file is selected.
However, under search results, with the file is being selected, there is no Flow button displayed.
I think it is a feature that hasn’t been supported yet, please feel free post your request on Flow Ideas Forum so that it could be taken into consideration in future releases.

Hi Mabel
I am currently working with the embeded search function.
My flow is a simple approval flow. It is triggered with the "For a selected item" action card.
To trigger the flow I use a Button in my SharePoint Document Library. That works fine, as long as I am not in the page: Search Results.
Please just tell me, in case you need any additional information.
Hi @PeterKuehlian ,
Are you working with SharePoint Search Results Web Part?
Could you share more details on your flow? How is it created?
More details on your scenario would be better for understanding.
Best regards,
Mabel
You would want to utilize the SharePoint ODATA Filtering:
The following documentation outlines how to use the Filter Query option for the SharePoint connector:
