I believe this could be achieved by using ‘Run. As’ users.

the problem its that the desencadenator is: when a new email arrives.
and it dont shows up the option "Run Only Users (V3)"

Your best bet is to use the "Send a Copy" feature. Each of your colleagues will create their own Flow based on yours and with their own connections.
