Hello power automaters,

i build a ticket system (forms -> planner Task). I would like to have a email to the forms-responder when the task is completed.

I'm struggeling to get the information out of the task. However, i think im pretty close but dont figure out how to get the respond ID. Is there a way?

    Hi @Anonymous :

Could you please tell me what is the relationship between your task and this form?

Planner and Forms are two different services, and the Respond ID of the Form cannot be obtained from the Planner connector

    Hi @v-bofeng-msft ,

thanks for your reply. Yes, I'm aware of that. I have an other workflow which generate a task from a "request form", it is like a ticket system for a team. My issue is, that this person who fill out the form is not the "creator" and also not "assigned to".
However, the Forms-ID which is needed to link the task with the answer-details is in the text of the task. Is there a way to get this information out of the text? With a variable or something? Or a other easy way?

In the picture you can see the other workflow which generates the task with the forms-details.

    Thanks a lot!
