Add information in the attachment to a sharepoint file

Hello guys , I wonder if you guys can advise me for my case

 
I have users who send email to me to add tables in the database according to a list. The list is written in an excel file along with other information
 
I want for each email that I received from the user about getting new tables on the database, I will add the information ( minus header ) to my current excel file on SharePoint so that I can keep track of the information
 
My logic is on new email from xxx sender with xxx subject, I will use apply to each attachment, I will add the row in the attachment to the table in my SharePoint
 
So far this method return an error and I am not sure how to correct it 
 
 
Please help advise me. Thank you very much

    I removed the apply to each , it works but with a very weird encode

    Hi @janebraine ,

     

    Rely to your new issue:

    You should make sure that there is a table(You know the table name) in the excel attachment, you need to save the excel file to sharepoint library, then you could get the rows in the table and add it to the new excel table.

    Hi @v-alzhan-msft 

     

    Thank you for the info, I created a flow to create a new file with the attachment content in SharePoint when there is an email related . So far my flow ran successfully but there is no new file created

    Could you please further advice me on this ? Yesterday I used the same on new email component so I know that one work. I think the issue is at the apply to each component but I can not seem to pin point the issue

    Hi @janebraine ,

     

    You need to:

    1. check from the flow run history to see if the Create file action has run. make sure that you has set the Include attachments and Only with attachments field to Yes in the trigger.

    2. please remove the utcnow() expression in the attachment name since the attachment has extension already.
